Playground Rules

1. All Children must have a waiver signed
2. No Running around the Playground
3. Shoes are not allowed in the play area. All children must wear socks when entering the play area (Health Code Requirement). Grip socks are required. You can bring your own or we have them available for purchase.
4. No food or drinks are allowed in the play area. However, drinks are allowed in the waiting area.
5. We are NOT a drop off care center. Parents and guardians – NOT The Fun Factory staff – are responsible for children and must remain on-site at all times. 
6. Children who are not yet 100% potty-trained MUST wear a diaper.
7. The Fun Factory is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings. 
8. Children should play in the play areas appropriate to their age. 
9. For safety reasons and compliance, only children 10 years of age or younger and under 48" are allowed in playground. Adults are NOT allowed in inflatables/play structures. Adults are welcome on the colored padding with NO shoes to accompany children under 2.
10. Children should not climb up slides, on top of inflatables, or tables and chairs.
11. The Fun Factory has a ZERO Bullying policy. Any child or adult seen bullying or harassing others will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
